We ship worldwide through DHL and FedEx, with no minimum order requirement.
Delivery Within Pakistan
For our customers across Pakistan — whether you are in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or anywhere in between — we deliver through trusted local courier partners, including TCS and Leopards Courier.
- Standard delivery within major cities: 10 to 15 business days
- Remote or outstation areas: 13 to 17 business days
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for Pakistani customers on eligible orders. Please ensure someone is available to receive and make payment at the time of delivery. If a COD order is refused at the door without prior notice, future COD eligibility may be affected.
Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you for confirmation, your order may be held until we do.
International Delivery
- Standard worldwide delivery: 15 to 20 business days
As each piece is handcrafted by artisans with over three decades of experience, subtle variations in color, embroidery, or stitching may be present. These are an inherent and celebrated quality of handmade luxury — not a defect — and do not constitute grounds for a return.
Peak Season Notice
During Eid ul Fitr, Eid ul Adha, and other periods of heightened demand, we kindly ask that you allow an additional 8 to 10 business days beyond the standard delivery window — both locally and internationally. If you are shopping with a specific date in mind, we recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout or contacting us in advance with your required delivery date so we can do our best to accommodate you.
For Pakistani customers ordering ahead of Eid, we strongly encourage placing your order at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance to allow for handcrafting, quality checks, and dispatch.
Order Processing
- Orders placed after Friday evening will be processed the following Monday.
- Orders are not processed on public holidays, including national holidays observed in Pakistan.
- A confirmation message via WhatsApp is typically sent within one hour of successful payment. For orders placed outside of business hours, confirmation will follow the next working day.
Packaging
To ensure your piece travels safely and our shipping remains accessible, we dispatch in slim, secure mailer bags. When unwrapping your order, we kindly ask that you set aside any sharp tools — scissors or blades can catch the fabric inside.
International Shipping & Customs
Import duties, customs taxes, and any applicable fees levied by your country’s authorities remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend consulting your local customs office prior to placing your order to avoid any unexpected charges upon arrival.
For orders shipping to the United States, import duties and tariffs may apply in accordance with current US customs regulations and are the buyer’s responsibility.
European Union Orders: EU VAT applies across all member states. Customers are responsible for customs clearance and any VAT charges that may arise upon delivery.
EU member states include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Before completing your order, please confirm that your delivery address, contact number, and email are accurate. For Pakistani customers, please include your complete address, including the area, city, and any nearby landmark where relevant — this helps our courier partners locate you without delay.
If You Miss Your Delivery
Should the courier arrive when you are unavailable:
- Please contact them directly to arrange a suitable redelivery time.
- Additional redelivery fees may apply depending on your location and carrier.
- If the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, the return shipping costs must be settled before we can resend it.
- For Pakistani customers, our team will also attempt to reach you via WhatsApp to help coordinate redelivery before the parcel is returned.
