Orders & Payment
Once you place your order and reach the Thank You page, you'll find our payment details right there. Pakistani customers can pay via JazzCashEasyPaisaBank Transfer (IBFT). International customers can use Tap Tap Send or Remitly to send directly to our Pakistani bank account.
Share your payment screenshot or transfer confirmation with us on WhatsApp. Once verified, we'll confirm your order and begin processing it immediately. We'll keep you in the loop every step of the way.
COD is available for Pakistani customers on eligible orders. Please ensure someone is available to receive and make payment at the time of delivery. If a COD order is refused at the door without prior notice, future COD eligibility may be affected.
Absolutely. We ship worldwide with no minimum order requirement. International payments can be sent to our Pakistani bank account via Tap Tap Send or Remitly — both are fast, reliable, and easy to use.
Sizing
We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. It includes a full measurement chart for shirts and pants in both Inches and Centimetres, along with a step-by-step how-to-measure guide so you can find your perfect fit confidently.
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. You're also always welcome to reach out on WhatsApp before placing your order — we're happy to guide you personally to the right fit.
Yes — we welcome custom order enquiries. Reach out via WhatsApp or email with your measurements and requirements and we'll guide you through the process. Each MUZAF piece is handcrafted, so bespoke requests are something we genuinely love.
Shipping & Delivery
Within Pakistan, standard delivery takes 10–15 business days for major cities and 13–17 business days for remote areas. International orders take 15–20 business days via DHL or FedEx.
Yes — we ship internationally through DHL and FedEx with no minimum order requirement. Wherever you are, a MUZAF piece can make its way to you.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by your country's authorities are the buyer's responsibility. EU customers should note that VAT applies across all member states. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to avoid surprises.
During Eid ul Fitr, Eid ul Adha, and other high-demand periods, please allow an additional 8 to 10 business days. Pakistani customers are strongly encouraged to order at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance to allow time for handcrafting, quality checks, and dispatch.
Contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery. For Pakistani customers, our team will also reach out via WhatsApp to help coordinate before the parcel is returned. Note that additional redelivery charges may apply depending on your location and carrier.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. You must report the issue within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video showing the concern. Reports raised beyond this window cannot be accommodated.
Yes, entirely. Every MUZAF garment is entirely handmade by artisans with over 30 years of experience. Subtle variations in colour, embroidery, or stitching are the quiet signature of the human hand — not imperfections. These are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return.
Once your return is approved, you can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Pakistani customers can expect their refund within 3–5 business days depending on their bank or wallet provider.
No. For Pakistani customers, our team will arrange courier pickup directly — you won't need to go anywhere. Full details will be shared upon approval of your return.
Unfortunately, change of mind and fit-related returns are final sale. We encourage you to consult our Size Guide or reach out to us before purchasing — we'll happily help you choose the right piece.
