Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives in a condition that does not reflect the quality MUZAF promises, we kindly ask that you reach out to us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photographs or a short video showing the concern.

Reports raised beyond this window, unfortunately, cannot be accommodated.

A Note on the Nature of Handcrafted Pieces

Each MUZAF garment is brought to life by artisans carrying over three decades of expertise. Because every piece is made entirely by hand, you may notice subtle variations in colour, embroidery, or stitching — gentle reminders that what you hold is truly one of a kind. These are not imperfections; they are the quiet signature of the human hand, and are not grounds for a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

Should a return be approved, the item must be presented in its original condition:

  • Unworn, with all tags intact and attached
  • Returned in its original packaging

We reserve the right to decline items that show signs of wear or have been removed from their original packaging.

Refunds

Upon review and approval of your return, you are welcome to choose between:

  • A refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit to be used toward a future MUZAF piece

For Pakistani customers, refunds are processed back to the original payment method — whether that is a bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or card payment. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or wallet provider.

Return Shipping

For all verified cases of damage or defect, MUZAF will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. For customers within Pakistan, our team will coordinate courier pickup directly — you will not need to drop anything off. Full details will be shared upon approval.

Final Sale Items

All purchases outside of the above conditions — including change of mind, fit, or handcrafted variations — are considered final. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions; we are always happy to help you find the right piece.
